The remit of public distance learning operator CNED is to enable individuals to learn and train using modern technology (pupils, students, teachers, professionals, etc.).
The National Center for Distance Learning (CNED) has commissioned Jouve to develop an application enabling students enrolled on its courses, especially those based overseas, to access paperless course materials on tablets and smartphones.
With specialist knowledge of applications for the educational sector and its finger on the pulse of new trends, Jouve was able to meet all these requirements by harnessing its business area diversity and technological expertise.
The MobiCNED application developed based on the Jouve Digital Publishing solution enables secure distribution and access to CNED training content.
As a result of this partnership, the CNED is able to offer enhanced digital content in EPUB 3 format on tablets and smartphones and independently manage distribution of its publications and the associated access rights.
