Paris, on 02-11-23 - The Luminess group, a major digital player, leader in BPO as a Service and French mid-sized company, is adopting new governance, effective November 2, 2023.
Mr. Stéphane Labadie will rely in his functions on François Légaut, Deputy General Director, on the Management Committee and all the teams.
Mr. Labadie remained at Jouve (formerly Luminess) for nearly twenty years as Director of Operations in France and internationally. He joined Flatirons Solutions, the Group's former American subsidiary, seven years ago as Director of Operations, then as Chairman and CEO since 2018.
His perfect knowledge of the Group will be a major asset for the development of the company in France and abroad.
It is with great pleasure that I meet the Luminess teams again. Great challenges await us and I am convinced that together we will meet them to continue to develop the Group.
