« I was hired by Jouve to fill a new post which was also my first permanent job!
HR is a fascinating area as you’re constantly in contact with employees. You’re also permanently obliged to keep up with the latest reforms and adapt to new trends such as social media. The role is all the more intellectually stimulating at Jouve due to the diverse range of careers on offer and the company’s digital transformation to which everyone makes their own contribution.
Finally, all employees in this company are approachable and keen to interact regardless of their position. This is key and means that it is easier for the HR department to do its job of providing a quality service to internal clients and helping them develop their teams.»

« I work with my teams to support sales staff with responses to Invitations to Tender and management of customer contracts. Having worked for major American packaged software publishers and digital service companies for over 15 years, two things struck me during my interviews with Jouve. Firstly, it was apparent that I would fully use all the skills I had acquired over the past years and secondly, I would play an active role in transforming and developing the company. For me, this is key to my professional development and continues to be my daily motivation after my first year in post. So after a crucial initial period of getting to grips with the company’s offerings and the way things work, I quickly found my feet at Jouve with a dynamic team and a job that challenges me in all aspects.»
« Having gained several years’ work experience in France, I wanted to try working abroad. At the time, Jouve was looking for someone to manage its first integrated outsourcing site and I was given the opportunity to fulfill this role. It was a gamble both for Jouve and myself, which proved to be a really fascinating experience. Not only did I gain valuable experience of operational management, but also developed very sound knowledge of Jouve businesses and processes. I managed the site autonomously for 7 years, in which time the workforce grew from an initial twelve to 150 staff members.
When I decided to return to France, I was offered a post as project director with the Paris teams. After 12 years, I must say that I’m still impressed with my colleagues’ level of expertise.»
« While studying engineering, I did my second-year summer work placement at Jouve, which offered a data visualization and back end package. Having gained this experience of working in a company, I decided to undertake a work-and-study program in my final year to prepare myself for entering the job market. During this period, myself and another student on the work-and-study program were assigned an industrial project developed in partnership with my college, ESIR. We designed a data visualization prototype which was presented to one of our most important customers. This was a genuine challenge and I found it very motivating as someone on a work-and-study program to be given such responsibility. What’s more, the prototype was awarded a prize by our college and the University of Rennes 1 Foundation.»
I have had a twofold experience at Jouve. In 2012, I joined the company as a project manager to implement a web application portal for our French and European legal publishing clients. Four and a half years later, I felt that I had run through the whole project, and I sensed the need to move on. I decided to leave the company and joined TBS and then Claranet. After these two professional experiences, I nevertheless wanted to return to the teams at Jouve. Since the beginning of September 2018, I have been working as a project manager on developing Jouve Mobile Capture in the IT Operations team in Rennes.
Being a project manager means having direct and permanent contact with the clients to help them pinpoint their priorities and draw up a precise road map in order to successfully complete
the project. Jouve’s management method, based on the AGILE method, makes it possible to implement continuous improvement and visibility throughout the mission, both for the operational teams and managers. This is an aspect of my job that I did not have in my previous work experience, and it is what drew me back to Jouve.
My current experience at Jouve is different from the first one. Working on an important new solution gives me real prospects for development. I am in contact with more employees, the interaction is more varied, I can put forward ideas for improvement based on AGILE methods and processes and carry out my job as I like in a company that is moving ahead.
At Jouve, we dream big. We look for independent and creative thinkers who challenge the status quo. We reward members who lead by example with a positive attitude and a dedication to overcoming whatever challenges may come our way.
