Health, Youth and Sports Ministry, France (Ministère de la Santé, de la Jeunesse et des Sports): an Intranet designed for a better information of its users

When redesigning its national website, it was necessary to transfer 117,000 static pages to the content management tool Stellent. The Health, Youth and Sports Ministry wanted a partner capable of providing:

• an assistance in the management and installation of production circuits,
• an organisation of the editorial recreation and the preparation for reworking existing content,
• A user-friendly proposition and the creation of the graphical requirements.

Both as a “spokesperson” for the users and a technical “facilitator”, Jouve brought all its experience, methods and technologies for redesigning complete sites to the Ministry.

This complete solution contained the following phases: project management, tools for change assistance, interviewing, organisational workflows, content rework methods, graphical and ergonomics modifications, as well as the production of page templates and HTML production…

Soon, the new site will be standardised, and offer entirely redesigned sections for users. Its editorial teams will have new work-dynamics thanks to the decentralised content production and a much more flexible and reactive informational tool
