La Documentation française: Ergonomic and visual redesign of the website

'La documentation Française' wanted to update its internet site and improve its contents searches without involving a complete redesign of the site. The objective of the ergonomic and graphic improvements is to improve the site’s location, to ease content access, to simplify content legibility and to modernise the design. The brief was to improve the visual design of the site whilst keeping the technical structure.

The L122 department of the Jouve Group analysed the existing ergonomic design, and the recommended solution was to improve functionality, navigation and graphic design. This consisted in reorganising content presentation. The graphical redesign harmonises the whole identity of the site with that of their logo.
