These legal notes apply to all internet users (hereafter called “the User”) of JOUVE’s and its subsidiaries’ web site (hereafter called “the Site”) who, in viewing, completely agree to respect. Accessibility and availability of the Site

JOUVE maintains the accessibility of the Site, but has no obligations to do so. Access to all or part of the Site may be interrupted, temporarily or permanently, for maintenance, improvements, updates, and for any other reason, especially of a technical nature.

JOUVE is in no way responsible for these suspensions or interruptions of the Site and of consequences which may occur to the User.

Finally, it is up to the User to take the necessary precautions to avoid contaminating the Site, especially by virus(es).

Site content

JOUVE regularly updates the Site content and supply to Users up-to-date information. However, the User knows that the transmission of data and information on the Internet is only relatively reliable, being transmitted on a very heterogeneous network. Henceforth, JOUVE cannot guarantee the exactitude of the information on the Site.

Use of cookies

In the hypothesis where JOUVE uses cookies, a cookie can be installed automatically on the User’s navigation software, and would allow him or her to be identified.

Cookies are small files that are stored on the User’s computer, and are not used to identify the User, but to improve JOUVE’s services and to personalise the next visits to the Site by the User.

The User is informed that, unless expressly mentioned to the contrary on installing the cookies, that they contain no data allowing the User to be identified, and are conceived to be used only by JOUVE.

JOUVE may collect personal information concerning the User. The information collected by JOUVE following a request from the User is also necessary in the management of the request by JOUVE in order to reply to the User’s request in the most efficient manner possible. This information will be treated automatically.

Also, JOUVE will preserve the confidentiality of the personal data transmitted by the User within the use of the Site.

Also, after having received prior acceptance during the collecting of the data, JOUVE may send the User direct propositions via e-mail.

Newsletters

In the hypothesis that JOUVE diffuses Newsletters, the information supplied by the User will be used to send the User the newsletter, if the User has opted in. These newsletters always state the identity of JOUVE, and the nature of the newsletter. If the User no longer wishes to receive this type of information, he can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscription link at the bottom of the newsletters.

Confidential information

The site has not been conceived to receive confidential information from Users. As a result, and excepting the personal data mentioned previously, all information, whatever its form (document, data, graphic, question, suggestion, concept, remark or other) provided by a User on the Site will not be treated as confidential. Thus the simple transmission of information by the User allows JOUVE to use, reproduce, diffuse, modify or transmit it, so as to treat the User’s request.

Applicable laws

The site and its contents are governed by French law.
Any eventual dispute will treated in the French tribunals.
